Warranties & Maintenance Responsibilities

1. Workmanship Warranty: The Contractor provides a 24-month limited warranty covering defects in workmanship. This excludes:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by improper maintenance or third-party contractors.
• Natural occurrences such as plant loss, frost heaving despite proper excavation and compaction, or soil settlement due to scope undisturbed by Contractor.
• Contractor does not offer warranty on plant material, due to offerings of wholesale pricing throughout.

2. Material Warranty Manufacturers’ warranties shall apply to all third-party materials supplied, where applicable.

3. Client Responsibilities for Maintenance: The Client is responsible for regular upkeep of installed features, including:

• Watering and fertilizing new plantings.
• Maintaining irrigation systems and drainage.
• Clearing debris from hardscape elements.
• Failure to maintain installed elements may void the warranty.
